What file types does Fileo accept?
PDF, JPG, PNG, GIF, and WEBP. You can also forward email receipts directly — Fileo reads the body even without an attachment.
Where does my data live?
In your own Google Drive. Fileo files everything to your Drive and logs it to your Google Sheets. Your data stays in your ecosystem — you own it completely.
How accurate is the AI extraction?
Very accurate for clear PDFs and photos. Fileo uses confidence scoring to flag anything uncertain — those rows are highlighted yellow in your sheet for review. Corrections sync automatically.
Can I add multiple team members?
Yes. You can whitelist any number of email addresses as admin, employee, or vendor. Each role gets appropriate responses — employees get PDF confirmations, vendors get acknowledgments.
How do I add a note to a submission?
Type Note: (the colon is required) anywhere in your email body, followed by your context. For example: Note: Client dinner with Acme Corp — charge to Marketing. Fileo captures everything after the colon and stores it in a dedicated Note column in your sheet. Works with any capitalization — note:, NOTE:, Note: all accepted.
What happens if Fileo makes a mistake?
Edit the cell directly in Google Sheets and click Sync Now. Fileo renames the file, moves it to the correct folder, updates the row, and clears the flag — automatically.
Do vendors need to sign up?
No. Vendors just email their invoices to your Fileo address. They get a professional acknowledgment with a reference number. No accounts, no apps, no friction.
Is my Fileo address secure?
Yes. Only whitelisted senders can file documents. Unknown senders are silently discarded — the address appears inactive to anyone not on your list.
